    | 1. Start the water for the pasta. | 2. Meanwhile,heat a little of the oil in a sauce pan. | 3. Add the onions and cook until golden. | 4. (DO NOT BURN). | 5. Add the herbs, peas,and 1/2 cup of water and the rest of the oil. | 6. Keep warm. | 7. Drain the cooked pasta and put it in a bowl. | 8. Add the peas and mix. | 9. Add the rest of the water, if needed. | 10. I have also used Great Northern or Pork and beans--all undrained. | 11.
