    | 1. Make the powdered mashed potato as on the box then add the eggs a 2 tbsp of parmesan. | 2. Process the ham with the scamorza and the herbs to make a paste. | 3. Line an 18cm springform cake tin with some baking paper and pour in half the potato mixture. Place the ham mixture on top and distribute evenly. | 4. Pour the rest of the potato mix on top of that and dust the top with the remaining parmesan cheese. | 5. bake in a pre heared oven 180C for about 30 minutes.
