(I'm sure you could substitute some other form of sweetener, but I've never tried it). | 3. Bring to boiling over med-high heat; simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. | 4. While reducing vinegar, cut up other ingredients and arrange nicely on a plate. | 5. Drizzle with balsamic reduction. | 6.
