    | 1. Prep- Slice mozzarella bar about 1.5 cm wide slices along the width of the bar. Mix Italian Bread Crumbs and Flour on a plate. Whisk eggs together in a seprate bowl add milk if it is too thick. | 2. Oil- Heat all the canola oil in a medium sized frying pan. | 3. Coating- Dip the mozzarella slice in the egg and then the bread crumbs, repeating until you can no longer see the cheese. Once coated place directly into the heated oil. | 4. Frying- Use tongs to turn the mozzarella sticks. Once all sides are golden brown, promptly move them onto a plate with paper towel before the cheese starts oozing out.
