    | 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. | 2. Place corned beef on a rack in a pan, fat side up, and cover with tin foil. | 3. Cook for 3-4 hours. | 4. Mix yellow mustard and brown sugar in a bowl. | 5. Uncover corned beef. | 6. Score the top of the corned beef, and stick whole cloves in the top if desired. | 7. Baste with gingerale. | 8. Spoon mustard sauce on top and sides of beef. | 9.
