    | 1. Boil noodles in salted water about 7 minutes. | 2. Drain noodles and put into a bowl with the egg yolks, cottage cheese, sour cream and pepper. | 3. Mix with the noodles. | 4. Beat the egg whites and fold into the noodle mixture. | 5. Grease a ring mold very well. | 6. Put the mixture into the mold and cover with foil. | 7.
