    | 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray 10 muffin cups of a 12-cup muffin pan with cooking spray. | 2. Bake for 18-22 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown. Sprinkle with potato chips, and garnish with chives, if desired.
