    | 1. Dry the steaks with a paper towel and season them with the black pepper. | 2. Heat butter& oil in a frying pan and add steaks. | 3. Cook steaks on medium heat to your preferred doneness, turning over once half way through. | 4. Remove steaks to a warm plate and pour off the fat from the pan. | 5. Return pan to stove and add whiskey. | 6. Stir, being sure to scrape up dripping from the pan bottom. | 7. Reduce heat and add cream. | 8. Simmer for few minutes, until the cream thickens. | 9.
