    | 1. In a large bowl, combine meat, egg, evaporated milk, crumbs, onion, and pepper; mix well. | 2. Shape into individual loaves. | 3. Spray pan with cooking spray. (I put 2 cups into each b/c there are only 2 of us.). | 4. Freeze, wrap, and label whatever you do not plan on using now. When you plan on using it later, defrost in refrigerator and precede with following steps. | 5. Mix together syrup and pour onto loaf. Sometimes I put pineapple on it too, I use snack size tidbits drained. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 65 minutes. | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
