    | 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. | 2. Combine pancake mix, water, eggs and 1 tsp sugar and mix well. | 3. Saute apples in melted butter in 9 or 10" ovenproof skillet over medium high heat until tender. | 4. Remove skillet from heat and sprinkle apples with pecans. | 5. Pour batter over skillet mixture. | 6. Combine remaining sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over batter. | 7. Cover skillet with lid or foil and bake for 12 to 14 minutes or until pancake is puffed and sugar is melted. | 8. Loosen sides of pancake from skillet and cool slightly. | 9.
