    | 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. | 2. Place potatoes in a casserole dish, season with salt and pepper. | 3. Cut bacon into smallish pieces. | 4. Brown in a large skillet. | 5. Remove bacon with a slotted spoon, and place on top of potatoes. | 6. DO NOT drain skillet! | 7. In skillet add the onion, vinegar, water, flour and sugar. | 8. Mix well, bring to a boil and stir until thickened. | 9. Place sauce mix over bacon and potatoes. | 10. Mix well. | 11.
