    | 1. Mix and kneed together the ingredients for the crust. | 2. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes. | 3. In the meantime wash, pare, and slice or chop your fruit. | 4. Grease a 10-inch springform pan. | 5. Preheat oven to 350°F. | 6. Roll out dough to fit bottom of spring form and about 1 1/2" up the side. | 7. Fit the dough into the spring form and using a stab tiny holes all over the crust using a fork. | 8. Arrange the fruit on the crust. | 9. In a bowl add the creme fraiche, eggs,sugar, and vanilla, and mix well. | 10. Pour the mixture over the fruit. | 11. Sprinkle with the nut slices. | 12. Back for 50 minutes. | 13. Remove from oven and let sit for 10 - 15 minutes. | 14. Carefully remove the the ring from the spring form and let the tart cool completely. | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
