    | 1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. | 2. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off. | 3. In large bowl, combine flour, sugar and margarine; beat on low speed until well blended. | 4. Beat in 1 egg and 1/4 tsp almond extract to form crumbs. | 5. Press crumb mixture in bottom and 1 1/2 inches up sides of ungreased 9-inch springform pan. | 6. Sprinkle with raisins and almonds. | 7. Arrange apple slices over raisins and almonds in desired pattern. | 8. In medium bowl, dissolve cornstarch in milk. | 9. Add lemon juice, vanilla, 1/4 tsp almond extract, yogurt and 1 beaten egg; blend well. | 10. Pour over apples. | 11. Bake at 375 degrees for 55 to 65 minutes or until apples are tender. | 12. Cool 30 minutes, remove sides of pan. | 13. Brush preserves over apples. | 14. Refrigerate any remaining tart. | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
