Cook bacon in heavy large skillet over medium heat until crisp. | 4. Remove using slotted spoon; drain on paper towels. | 5. Pour off all but 3 tablespoons bacon drippings. | 6. Add onion to skillet and saute over medium heat until tender, about 4 minutes. | 7. Stir in caraway seeds; add bacon and brussels sprouts and stir until warmed through. | 8.
