    | 1. Heat a large sauté pan over medium-high heat. | 2. Add the butter, then the brats. | 3. Brown on all sides, then remove and set aside. | 4. Reduce heat to medium. | 5. If necessary, remove the lid and cook further to remove excess moisture. | 11. To serve, spread mustard in each roll. | 12.
