    | 1. Wash the elderberry bunches and strip off the berries. | 2. Bring to a boil in water with the sugar, 1 lemon rind and cinnamon stick. | 3. Simmer until cooked. | 4. Add to elderberry juice along with the juice of 1 lemon and lemon rind and bring to a boil. | 8. Mix cornflour with 3 tablespoons of cold water and add to soup. | 9.
