    | 1. Preheat oven to 175 C. | 2. Grease and flour a 2 litre cake pan (I use a Bundt pan). | 3. Whip eggs with sugar until light and fluffy. | 4. Add the whipped cream to the egg mixture, mix to combine. | 5. In a separate bowl, combine the flour with baking soda and the spices. | 6. Add dry ingredient mixture alternately with the molasses, mixing well after each addition. | 7. Finally, add the melted butter, mix to combine. | 8. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake at 175 C for 30 minutes. | 9.
