    | 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. | 2. Spray a 9 x 13 inches baking dish with olive oil cooking spray. | 3. In a Ziploc sandwich bag, combine flour and chili seasoning. | 4. Add steak pieces one at a time to coat. | 5. Reserve any remaining flour. | 6. Place 4 steaks in a large skillet sprayed with olive oil cooking spray. | 7. Brown meat on both sides. | 8. Place browned meat in prepared baking dish and repeat process for remaining 4 steaks. | 9. Evenly sprinkle onion, green pepper and olives over meat. | 10. In a small bowl,combine soup, water and any remaining flour mixture. | 11. Pour soup mixture evenly over top cover and bake for 45 minutes. | 12. Uncover and continue baking for 15 minutes. | 13.
