    | 1. Mix first four ingredients for the dressing, reserve. | 2. Cut cheese into 1/2 inch slices (I cubed mine). | 3. Beat eggs with water. | 4. Dust cheese in flour, then dip in the egg. | 5. Roll cheese in bread crumbs, coating well. | 6. * note - the cheese can be prepared this far up to one day ahead. | 7. Heat 1/2 inch oil in skillet to about 380°F. | 8.
