    | 1. Wash the cauliflower and cut into florets. | 2. Simmer the cauliflower in plenty of boiling water for 10 minutes until nearly tender. | 3. Drain the cauliflower and keep 2 tbsp of the cooking liquid. | 4. Heat the olive oil in a small saucepan | 5. Fry the garlic cloves until lightly brown. | 6. Discard the garlic. | 7. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in paprika , wine vinegar and cooking liquid. | 8. Place the cauliflower in a casserole. | 9. Pour the sauce over the cauliflower. | 10.
