    | 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. | 2. Scrub potatoes well and cut in 1/8 inch slices. | 3. Coat a non-stick baking sheet with walnut oil and arrange potato slices on it. | 4. (I needed to use a second cookie sheet). | 5. Combine the seasonings. | 6. Sprinkle potatoes with half of the seasonings. | 7. Bake 10 minutes. | 8. Using a large spatula, turn, sprinkle with remaining seasonings and bake 10 minutes more until crisp. | 9.
