    | 1. Cut all potatoes in to cubes, cut onion in to quarters. In a large mixing bowl mix potatoes and onion, pour in Olive oil and Mrs.Dash. Cover bowl and toss until all coated. Spray cast iron pan with non stick spray, then pour in potato mixture. Preheat oven to 375degrees F. Cook potatoes for about 1 hour or 1 hour 1/2 until tender.
