    | 1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. | 2. Lightly grease a 13x9 inch baking pan. | 3. In a double broiler set over simmering water melt the chocolate squares together with the butter. | 4. Stir until the mixture is melted and smooth. | 5. By hand stir in the eggs, vanilla and flour until incorporated well. | 6. Spread in prepared pan. | 7. Sprinkle evenly with 1/2 of the chocolate chips. | 8. Bake for 25 minutes or until slightly firm when touched. | 9. Let stand on a wire rack for 20 minutes. | 10. Spread the jam evenly over the brownies. | 11. Melt the remaining chocolate chips with the 2 t's of vegetable oil-whisk until smooth. | 12. Drizzle the melted chocolate or spread as a layer evenly over the jam. | 13. Chill for at least 2 hours. | 14.
