    | 1. Partially freeze pork, bias slice into thin bite size strips. | 2. For the sauce, Whisk together wine, cornstarch, cinnamon, ginger and 1/2 cup water. | 3. Set aside. | 4. Stir fry half the pork 3 to 4 minutes or till no longer pink. | 11. Remove pork. | 12. Add remaining oil, stirfry remaining pork 3 to 4 minutes or till no longer pink. | 13. Return all meat to frypan. | 14. Add apples and raisins. | 15. Stir sauce, add to frypan. | 16. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly. | 17. Cover and cook 2 minutes more. | 18.
