    | 1. Heat oil in large saucepan over medium heat. | 2. Add onion and cumin. | 3. Cook, stirring occasionally until onion is transparent. | 4. Add sweet potato, apple, chicken broth, apple juice, cinnamon and salt and pepper to taste. | 5. Cover and bring to a boil. | 6. Reduce heat and simmer until sweet potato and apples are tender, about 20 minutes. | 7. Add peanut butter and stir until melted. | 8. Puree soup in fool processor or blender until smooth. | 9. Return to pan and heat through. | 10.
