    | 1. Preheat oven to 350ºF (180ºC). | 2. In medium bowl, cream butter and sugar. | 3. Beat in egg. | 4. Stir in flour. | 5. Press evenly in 10x15-inch (25x 40cm) jelly roll pan. | 6. In a large heavy saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. | 11. Stir in honey and brown sugar. | 12. Cook, stirring constantly, until sugar dissolves and mixture boils. | 13. Continue boiling and stirring for 5 minutes or until mixture is a rich caramel colour. | 14. Remove from heat. | 15. Throughfuly blend in cream. | 16. Pour over pecans. | 17. Bake fifteen minutes. | 18. This can be turned into something akin to a pecan pie by doubling the nuts by 3 cups (750 mL). | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
