    | 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit | 2. Line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper | 3. Blend flour, gum, cinnamon, cocoa, b. powder and b. soda together in a small bowl. Mix in dry ingredients blending everything with flour to make a soft ball of dough | 9. Take small amounts of dough and roll it in your hand to make a ball. | 10. Place balls 2 inches apart on cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes until lightly browned | 11.
