    | 1. Chop the mushrooms, oinion, carrots, garlic and pepper. | 2. Brown oinion with the carrots in a large pot in butter. | 3. Add ground beef. | 4. Cook until ground beef is ready. | 5. Add diced tomatoes, tomato juice, tomato soup, pasta sauce and brown sugar. | 6. Add vegetables. and chopped garlic cloves. | 7. Add half of basil, thyme, oregano and italian spices. | 8. Let it cook at low heat for 15 to 20 minutes. | 9. Add the rest of the spices. | 10. Tast and add oinion powder if too acid. If not tasty enough add italian spices. | 11.
