    | 1. Simmer lentils in water in a saucepan uncovered for about 10 minutes, drain. | 2. Preheat oven at 350°F. | 3. In a large skillet brown onion, garlic and mushrooms in butter for 5 minutes. | 4. Remove skillet from heat and add remaining ingredients. Mix well with wooden spoon. | 5. Spoon mixture into 9" x 5" tin loaf pan and smooth the top. | 6.
