Cook rotini noodles according to package directions | 4. Spread cooked noodles in the bottom of 1 1/2 qt casserole dish | 5. Layer cooked vegetables on top of noodles and mix together well | 6. Spread chopped burger over vegetable layer with 1 cup of grated cheese over top of vegetables | 7. Pour stewed tomatoes over top of cheese and fold into the vegetables | 8.
