    | 1. Grease 9x13 glass baking pan. | 2. Layer perogies (frozen) on bottom of pan. | 3. In a large bowl, mix soup, milk/cream, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, pepper. Mix well. | 4. Add diced pepper and onion. | 5. Pour over perogies. | 6. Top with cheese and more peppers if you wish. | 7. Cover dish with tin foil and bake at 350F until done.
