    | 1. In a large pot, add water, salt, peppercorns, chili flakes, paprika and coriander seeds. | 2. Bring to a boil. | 3. Boil for 5 minutes. | 4. Add shrimp. | 5. With machine running, add oil down the feeder tube. | 9. The mixture will thicken and become smooth. | 10. Season with salt and pepper. | 11.
