    | 1. Stir together crumbs, cinnamon and brown sugar; stir in melted butter. | 2. Pour crumb mixture into 9-inch pie plate. | 3. Press firmly in bottom and up sides. | 4. Bake at 350F for 15 minutes. | 5. Cool. | 6. Lift peach halves from juices (reserve juices). | 7. Drain. | 8. Arrange, cut sides down, in pie crust. | 9. Beat together till fluffy the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and 1/4 cup of the peach juice. | 10. Spoon evenly over peach halves. | 11. Sprinkle almonds over top. | 12. Bake at 350F for 35-40 minutes. | 13. Microwave Method: (use a microwave safe pie plate!). | 14. Microwave crust on medium for 4 minutes. | 15. Cool. | 16. Microwave pie on medium for 15-20 minutes till cream cheese mixture looks set. | 17. (Microwave 2-3 minutes longer if needed.)
