    | 1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. | 2. Grease cookie sheet. | 3. Crumble Feta cheese into small bowlm mash with fork. | 4. Stir in eggs, basil, and white pepper until well mixed. | 5. Cut stack of phyllo sheets lengthwise into 2-inch strips. | 6. Cover with plastic wrap, then with damp towel to prevent them from drying out. | 7. Place 1 level teaspoon cheese mixture on end of 1 strip, fold phyllo strip end over end, in triangular shape, to opposite end. | 8. Place on cookie sheet. | 9. Repeat with remaining strips and cheese mixture. | 10. Brush butter over triangles. | 11. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until puffed and golden. | 12.
