    | 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. | 2. Cut the pineapple in half lengthwise, then half each piece so you have quartered the pineapple lengthwise. | 3. Slice the pineapple thinly and arrange it on a platter in a decorative pattern. | 11.
