    | 1. In a large mixing bowl coarsely break crackers, add peanuts and the raisins. | 2. Melt margarine and marshmallows in a sucepot over medium heat. | 3. Add in the vanilla and fruit juice ( may use water ). I always use juice. | 4. Stir over heat until mixture thickens. | 5. Usually if low heat it will take 5 minutes. | 6. Pour over the dry ingredients in bowl. | 7. Press into a greased large jelly roll pan. | 8. About 40 cm x 30 cm. | 9. They should come out thin like a cracker . | 10. Refrigerate until cooled and firm. | 11. Cut into bars, store in refrigerator. | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
