    | 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. | 2. Use a sharp knife to puncture potatoes several times. | 3. Mix until lumps are dissolved. | 8. Pour the mixture over the potatoes in the bag. | 9. Seal bag and rotate the potatoes around in the bag so that the oil mixture coats the potatoes. | 10.
