    | 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. | 2. Halve the avocados and pit. You can scoop out a little of the Avocado to make more room. Brush inside and out with the lemon juice. | 3. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Set aside. | 4. In a medium bowl, add the bread, tomato, lettuce, bacon, mayonnaise, salt and pepper and any avocado you scooped out. Toss lightly to combine. | 5. Fill each avocado half with 1/4 of the bread mixture, packing lightly. | 6. Bake until the bread stuffing begins to brown (10-13 minutes).
