    | 1. Combine corn flake crumbs, 2 Tbsp sugar and melted butter in an 8 inch pie pan; mix well. | 2. Remove 1- 2 Tbsp of the mixture and reserve for topping. | 3. Press remaining mixture of crumbs to evenly form crust. | 4. Beat egg yolks until thick. | 5. Combine with condensed milk. | 6. Add lemon juice and lemon peel. | 7. Stir until thickened. | 8. Beat egg whites until stiff, not dry. | 9. Gradually add 3 Tbsp sugar to egg whites. | 10. Fold gently into lemon mixture. | 11. Pour into pie pan. | 12. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. | 13. Freeze until firm. | 14. Remove from freezer 10- 15 minutes before serving. | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
