    | 1. Make two equal sized patties. | 2. Mix chili sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire, tarragon, vinegar, garlic, chili, oregano, salt and pepper; mix well. | 3. Pour this sauce on one side of your hamburger. | 4. Add feta cheese. | 5. Place other patty on top and seal edges well. | 6. Squeeze a bit of lemon juice over patty. | 7. Fry hamburger patty on high heat for about 2 minutes on one side. Flip and turn the heat to medium. Be careful, this patty is a bit fragile. Cook another 2 minutes. | 8. Lower heat to low. Add mushrooms to the pan. Cover the pan and continue cooking until patty is well done, about 10 minutes. | 9. Meanwhile, toast the bun on the inside.
