    | 1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook elbow macaroni in the boiling water, stirring occasionally, until cooked through but firm to the bite, 8 minutes; drain. | 2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a casserole dish with cooking spray. | 3. Melt margarine in a saucepan over medium heat. Mix macaroni, cottage cheese, and Cheddar cheese sauce together in a bowl; pour into prepared casserole dish and top with bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. | 6.
