    | 1. Fry the meatballs in oil for 10 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked. | 2. Remove meatballs from pan and set aside. | 3. Add the onion and cook for a further 5 minutes, until soft. | 4. Add the apricots, cinnamon and tomatoes. | 5. Half fill the empty can with water and add to the pan, then bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes. | 6. Remove the cinnamon. | 7. Return the meatballs to the pan and coat with the sauce. | 8.
