    | 1. Cook ribs for one hour at 180°C in baking tray (a couple of inches deep roasting tin is ideal). | 2. Mix all ingredients together, pour over ribs in baking tray, return to oven and bake for an hour or until ribs cooked. If necessary, reduce heat to 160°C for last half hour to make sure the ribs don't burn with the sweet sauce on them. Cooking time is dependent on thickness of rib meat - the thicker the meat the longer the cooking time.
