    | 1. In a large skillet, heat oil. Quickly stir-fry the onion and garlic. | 2. Add chicken and cook for a few minutes until just done. Push chicken to sides of pan. | 3. Scramble eggs in pan. Push to side. | 4. Add shrimp, mushrooms, bean sprouts, broccoli and parsley and rice. | 5. Mix in chicken and eggs and stir-fry 4-5 minutes. Do not burn. | 6.
