    | 1. Cook pasta according to pkg directions and drain. | 2. Cover pasta with ice water and let stand until chilled; drain well. | 3. For dressing, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, salad oil, honey and sesame oil in jar with lid. | 4. Cover and shake to mix well, chill. | 5. Cook asparagus according to pkg directions; drain. | 6.
