    | 1. Peel and chop the onions, and peel and crush the garlic. | 2. Mix the ginger, chili powder, salt and black pepper in a bowl. | 3. Heat the oil in a large frying pan. | 4. Add the chicken breasts and cook them gently for five minutes on each side. | 5. Lift the chicken breasts onto a paper towel. | 6. Put them with another paper towel to remove extra oil. | 7. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze it. | 8. Sprinkle the chicken with the spice mixture and some lemon juice. | 9. Grate the creamed coconut finely. | 10. Put it into a bowl with the hot water and whisk it until it looks like milk. | 11. Heat the oil in the frying pan again. | 12. Cook the onions and garlic over a low heat until they are soft. | 13. Put the chicken back into the frying pan and pour the coconut mixture over it. | 14. Stir everything together. | 15. Cook the chicken for about 20minutes. | 16.
