    | 1. Heat the olive oil and add the garlic to fuse flavors. Add chicken and brown in the oil. Season with sea salt and pepper. | 2. While the chicken is browning, use a food processor and chop mushrooms, add grated ginger. Once browned, toss the chicken into the food processor and chop fine. | 3. Return all ingredients to the pan. Toss and cook until flavors are blended. | 4. Wash and cut the ends off of the lettuce. Fill the lettuce leaves with the the mixture and enjoy! | 5.
