    | 1. Wash pumpkin and cut off the top with 5cm diameter circling the stem. | 2. Keep the top as lid. | 3. Scoop out pulp and seed leaving the flesh intact. | 4. Rinse and pat dry. | 5. Mix eggs, sugar and finally coconut milk. | 6. Mix well. | 7. Pour the mixture into pumpkin. | 8. Insert the top lid. | 9. Steam the pumpkin for 30 minutes until custard is firm and pumpkin is tender. | 10. Leave pumpkin to cool and chill. | 11.
