    | 1. Cook the noodles according to package directions. | 2. Rinse in cold water, drain and set aside. | 3. If the prawns are frozen, cover them with boiling water and let sit for five minutes. | 4. Put the noodles, prawns, orange pepper, onion and corn in a large bowl. | 5. Separately, whisk together the curry paste, sesame oil, soy sauce, ginger, the juice and zest from the lime. | 6. Pour over the noodles and toss to coat. | 7. Mix in the coriander. | 8. Put in the fridge until ready to serve. | 9.
