    | 1. Pre-heat oven to 200°C. | 2. In a large mixing bowl, mix (with your hands) the potatoes, onion, cumin, cinnamon, oil, salt and pepper. | 3. Spread this mixture evenly in a baking dish (I use a 20 cm by 26 cm). | 4. Pour the crushed tomatoes and any juices over the potatoes. | 5. Pour water into the pan. | 6. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. | 7.
